Every week, I host a workshop series, Living, Loving & Learning, with guest speakers from the local community and facilitate a monthly women's empowerment workshop, Loving the Life You Live! In addition, I conduct a free coaching tele-class on The Law of Attraction.
In 2005, I created the Wellness Networking Group ~ a community of professionals who serve humanity by making a difference in people's lives by spreading hope, faith and love. This organization is a community of healing
industry professionals who serve humanity through their professional work.
I conceived of the idea to promote a spirit of cooperation vs. competition in the health and wellness industry as a way of uniting professionals around a
cooperative, supportive community dynamic. I love promoting people's potential, bringing in Guest Speakers and their wisdom, in addition to, creating community.
The Wellness Networking Group has provided a win-win environment for members, speakers and attendees to cross-promote their businesses, share resources, provide referrals and uplift the professional community in an inspirational way. All workshops are promoted online and in local calendars with exposure to thousands of people in order to promote the message of love every day. When I arrived at the meeting last Sunday night, I was not sure what to expect.
This was my first Loving the Life you Live! workshop with Sue Waldman.
I was a bit guarded when we began. As the other women started to share,
I made the decision to fully disclose something about myself.
This opened up an amazing connection between myself and the other women.
It was as if something was aligned in the universe and I was supposed to
be right there at that time. It was quite amazing.
I so appreciated the magic in the room and the understanding that I felt

This introductory Aromatherapy workshop offers beginners the chance to discover the world of aromatherapy and to achieve a clear understanding of it's basic principles and techniques. We will learn how to start using essential oils safely and have fun using a wide range of oils for healing, beauty, and medicinal purposes. Topics covered will include the range of application methods, how to use specific oils to address various ailments (like the flu and infections) and to build antibiotic resistance.
Come discover this ancient, powerful healing modality that can radically enhance your health (mental, spiritual and physical) and well being.
We will have a sample of basic essential oils for sale (please let us know in advance for any particular preference)
About the Presenters ~
Sue Waldman has been using aromatherapy in her clinical psychotherapy and counseling practice for the past 15 years. In recent years, Sue has gone on for advanced training in Energy and touch Healing using essential oils to help the body relax and balance the chakras.
Michelle O’Neill is a Master Aromatherapist. Michelle has been certified in the Raindrop Technique which is the application of therapeutic-grade essential oils on the spine for structural and electrical alignment. Michelle offers her experience to those who are seeking natural ways to optimize their health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

We’ll first uncover what a writer does, and then we’ll proceed to how you can become a writer, where ideas generate from and how and when to express those ideas and where, why someone wouldwant to write, how different moods might affect your writing, the reception of those ideas by others and, yes, yourself, and where your writing life can lead. Learn how to write spontaneously and creatively.
About the Speaker
Steve Sears is a full time freelance writer living in Bloomfield. He has many
reasons to write every day. He survived a heart attack at age 34 – six weeks
prior to his only daughter, Stefanie, starting kindergarten, loves his wife, Lucille,
of 22 years, and relishes the joy of love and nature. His poetry and short stories
